Dreamy Fall Wedding at Sacred Mountain Julian
Oh my lanta, I cannot with Aaron and Ally’s wedding at Sacred Mountain Julian, it was so GORGEOUS. Sacred Mountain Julian is a beautiful outdoor wedding venue located just outside of downtown Julian on the eastern side of San Diego County. It’s full of rustic romantic vibes, lots of open nature to explore, and breathtaking views. This venue is absolutely perfect for a cozy fall wedding filled with all of the rich colors of autumn.
One of my favorite things about photographing a wedding at Sacred Mountain Julian is exploring all of the beautiful spaces of this venue. There are cottages and cabins scattered throughout the property and dreamy meadows that are just perfect for some golden hour photos (my favorite!). And let me tell you, the light at sunset did NOT disappoint. When we stepped out to do their couples photos, the golden light was amplified by the dry fall grasses in the meadows and cast the entire area in a beautiful array of soft gold and orange hues.
Ally and Aaron were just one of those couples that make me so truly in love with my job. They were just so excited to get married and start their life together. Throughout the day, their joy radiated like sunbeams around them everywhere that they went.
I have to say though, possibly my favorite part of the day though was meeting and hanging out with their insanely cute pup named Tucker. He walked down the aisle just before Ally and her dad, and he even had a cocktail named after him (it’s that super pretty purpley pink looking one in the pics below.)
All in all, Ally and Aaron’s Sacred Mountain Julian wedding was a gorgeous fall success and I could not be happier for them!
